Previous versions

The "Remote File System" example can be created by selecting it in the "RMI Project tutorials" wizard. Simply press "Ctrl-N" (or choose "File->New->Project") and type "RMI" in the filter field. The example consists of 3 projects with fairly good javadoc and internal documentation.
